Jennifer Byrne, Ph.D.
Founder of Byrne & Associates and an advocate of instructional excellence for more than 25 years, Dr. Jennifer Byrne fervently believes that all students have the ability to achieve at or above grade-level and that trained instructors, coaches and school leadership can be empowered to increase student success.
With a Master’s Degree in Diagnostic Reading and a Ph.D. in Special Education, Dr. Byrne is respected throughout the United States as an accomplished trainer, speaker and champion of reaching under achieving students. Her experience includes teaching all grades - elementary through graduate levels; single site and District School Improvement Facilitator and Title 1 Coordinator; and serving as a consultant to the Kansas State Department of Education where she supported 96 schools in their efforts to increase student achievement.
Clients reap the benefits of her experience as an educator and a trainer as well as a researcher. Dr. Byrne has conducted national research on inclusive classroom instructional strategies, leadership practices that promote increased student reading skills and organizational processes that enhance school student achievement. The accumulation of her experience has resulted in the development of many proprietary tools that help her clients distill complex problems to their simplest form for accessibility of Solutions, Insights, and Options.
